Chief Executive Office|

Financial strategy and administration, revenue and capital budgeting, internal audit, treasury management, insurance, collection of rents, Council Tax and local rates, benefit administration, payroll and pensions. legal services, democratic services (elections, voting and polling), decentralisation of decision-making (including Community Councils), registrars (births, deaths, marriages, civil partnerships, citizenship), licensing and Printworks.

Falkirk Community Trust|

Libraries, museums, arts, entertainment, parks, the countryside, sport, leisure, community halls, youth strategy, and local community planning.

Corporate and Neighbourhood Services|

Business Services, Cemeteries & Crematorium, Estates Management (including street care, refuse collection and grounds maintenance), Facilities Management (including building maintenance, building management and catering), Housing Services (including tenancy and estates management, housing allocations and homelessness, housing maintenance and improvement, housing strategy and development, private sector housing, and housing advice and information), Human Resources, Information and Communications Technology, Policy and Performance Review (including communications and modernising government).

Development Services|

Structure and local planning, development control and enforcement, building warrants and planning permissions, the environment, transport planning, roads, design, building control, environmental health, consumer protection, waste management, emergency planning, economic development, tourism, employment and training, property services.

Education Services|

Childcare, Community Learning, pre-school, primary/secondary/special schools, psychological services, integrated learning communities, schools improvement, support and resources, children and families services, links with adult education and Forth Valley College.

Social Work Services|

Children and families, criminal justice and community care.
