Falkirk Council Citizens Panel

Falkirk Council is committed to listening to local people and responding to their views. The Citizens Panel is a crucial part of this commitment.

The Panel is made up of more than 1000 local people who have volunteered to respond to three or four surveys each year, providing feedback on services, as well as information about the needs of their local community and other issues. This information is vital in helping us to continually improve our services and make sure we are meeting the needs of local citizens.

We are always looking for more people to join the Citizens Panel, so that we can be sure that the survey responses are representative of the whole population. If you want to make your voice heard, join the Citizens Panel today. You can opt to complete surveys online or on paper.
