Falkirk Council is committed to listening to local people and responding to their views.
We want to continually improve our services and to make the whole Council area a great place to live, work and play in the 21st century.
To help us to do this, we need to know what you think about Council services and about the community where you live.
More information on what we are doing to involve communities can be found in the Have Your Say - a plan for local involvement (PDF, 166KB)| document.
We consult and engage with a wide range of people and local community organisations about a lot of different things.
Current consultations can be found in the menu and each explains how you can get involved.
Responses to previous consultations and the resulting changes can be found in the Previous Consultations| section.
Customer Satisfaction Survey|
Every two years we carry out a major customer satisfaction survey asking for your views on a wide variety of issues. We have been carrying out this survey every two years since 2004 to enable us to identify trends and see if our services are improving.
