What was the consultation about?
The council wants to reduce poverty and inequality within our area.
One of the ways that we try to help people out of poverty is by providing and funding advice services.
These services help people to claim the benefits and pensions they are entitled to, manage their debts and deal with a range of other issues.
Why did we consult with communities?
We were interested in finding out what advice services were known, whether they had been used and if so, were people happy with the service they received.
How we consulted...
On-line and paper questionnaire, with reply paid envelope.
