Falkirk Council Customer Service Charter

Falkirk Council is committed to providing you with high quality services which are accessible, accountable, responsive and provide value for money.

As a Council we will:

  1. Answer your calls and respond to your requests and queries promptly and in a friendly and professional way.
  2. Provide you with a Corporate complaints procedure which is accessible and easy for you to use.
  3. Provide you with relevant, accurate and up to date information relating to all of our services through our website and our publications.
  4. Provide you with feedback mechanisms in all of our services and demonstrate how we have used your feedback to improve service delivery.
  5. Involve and consult with you, and demonstrate how we have incorporated your views into council planning and decision-making processes.
  6. Set customer service improvement targets for all of our Services, and publish annually for you, our performance in relation to these.
