Falkirk Council is committed to making a difference to the lives of people living, working in or visiting the area.

We want our residents to know about the services the Council provides, how well we provide them and the cost of delivering them.

We aim to do the best we can with the resources we have available and we are constantly trying to improve our performance.

• the resources that are available to the Council
• the key priorities and values of the Council
• changes in legislation
• the expectations and needs of all citizens, businesses and organisations in our area.
