Each year the Council is directed by the Accounts Commission to publish performance information as set out in the Audit Scotland Statutory Performance Guide for that year.

Corporate & Neighbourhood Services also uses other performance measures to monitor the quality of Services we provide to our customers.

• cleanliness of the area
• housing repairs
• homelessness
