Development Services uses a wide range of performance measures including Statutory Performance Indicators, composites of statutory indicators and locally devised indicators with which we report service performance to elected members, council management and the public.
Current Year 2008-09
Key measures are reported each quarter to the Corporate Management Team and the Best Value and Audit Forum and will then be published in our Current Performance| section. The results for the period from 1st April until 30 September 2008 are now available. These are compared with the Scottish Statutory Performance Indicator Averages for 2006-07. The Scottish Averages for 2007-08 will be included for comparison with our current performance after they are published later this year.
