The Service Performance Plan sets out the key operational priorities for Social Work Services for the next three years.
Whilst the Service is also involved in a wide range of other Plans and Strategies which are also available on this website, the Service Performance Plan brings together, in one document, the priorities for all parts of the Service.
It describes the context and environment in which we work, the resources we have to deliver services and sets out a series of action plans against which our performance can be monitored.
