| 4 | DENNY TOWN CENTRE REGENERATION CAPITAL GRANT FUND APPLICATION Motion The Executive at its meeting of 30th September 2014 agreed to continue with an application to the Scottish Government for £1.4m of funding to "… augment the Council's commitment to the scheme." A decision on the Council's application is anticipated in November, prior to Full Council's ability to debate the application. In light of information only made aware to local members and Denny & District Community Council at its meeting of 6th Oct, difficulties have become apparent with the application. Motion (1) That Council recognise inconsistencies within the RCGF Second Stage application and withdraw the application; and (2) That Council instruct the Director of Development Services to initiate with immediate effect the tender process for the construction phase of Denny Town Centre.
