The remit of the panel is to review the Council's Scheme for the Establishment of Community Councils and the support provided to community councils. The panel reported its interim findings to the Executive on 27 May 2014 and 19 August. It will report further on 2 December to the Executive. The panel will meet at 11.30a.m. or at the conclusion of the performance panel whichever is later. The agenda for this meeting is:- 1) Report by the Chief Governance Officer on Code of Conduct Enforcement Procedures. Please note that this meeting will be held in private.
