Policy Development Panel - Review of Civic Licensing Authority Agenda - 20 January 2015, 10:30

The remit of the policy development panel is to consider four particular aspects of civic licensing activity, namely: " the duration of taxi and private hire car licences " the terminal hour for late hours catering establishments " the development of a policy covering parades and processions, " to review the Resolution to ensure that it meets the needs of present day circumstances and remains fit for purpose This is the third meeting of the panel. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss additional information requested by the panel in December 2014. The agenda will be:- 1) Note of Meeting held on 9 December 2014 2) Report by the Chief Governance Officer providing additional information requested on 9 December This meeting will be held in private.
