| The remit of the policy development panel is to consider four particular aspects of civic licensing activity, namely: " the duration of taxi and private hire car licences " the terminal hour for late hours catering establishments " the development of a policy covering parades and processions, " to review the Resolution to ensure that it meets the needs of present day circumstances and remains fit for purpose The Policy Development Panel reported to the Executive on 29 September 2015 relating to the duration of taxi and private hire car licences; and the terminal hour for late hours catering establishments. This meeting, the seventh, will consider:- 1) the Note of Meeting held on 18 September 2015 2) a Report by the Chief Governance Officer in relation to the development of a policy covering parades and processions. 3) a Report by the Chief Governance Officer in relation to the review of civic government (Scotland) act 1982 section 9 resolution. This meeting will be held in private. | |
