The scope of the Policy Development Panel is to consider the implications of the forthcoming 'Charter for Household Recycling in Scotland' and to make recommendations to the Executive as appropriate. This third meeting will be a briefing on the published 'Charter for Household Recycling in Scotland' by a representative from Zero Waste Scotland to discuss Falkirk's delivery arrangements followed by a stakeholder evidence gathering workshop session with Community Councils as key stakeholders on the operation of the recycling scheme. This meeting will be held in private from 11.00 a.m. until 1.00 p.m. and in public from 1.00 p.m. until the conclusion of the meeting.
