Policy Development Panel - Review of Civic Licensing Authority Agenda - 13 December 2016, 09:30

A meeting to be held at Municipal Buildings, Falkirk at 09:30 on 13 December 2016.

1	The remit of the policy development panel is to consider four particular aspects of civic licensing activity, namely: " the duration of taxi and private hire car licences " the terminal hour for late hours catering establishments " the development of a policy covering parades and processions, " to review the Resolution to ensure that it meets the needs of present day circumstances and remains fit for purpose This meeting, the ninth, will consider:- 1) the Note of Meeting of the Panel held on 4 March 2016; 2) a Report by the Chief Governance Officer in relation to the development of a Public Procession Policy. This meeting will be held in public.
