Free Wellness Evaluations for Falkirk council staff and family members otherwise £45.00. Anyone who books an evaluation is entitled to a free facial experience with 3 others. First boot camp session free with a pass and £3.50 thereafter.

Wellness evaluation comprises of:

• Bone mass
• Metabolic Rate
• Metabolic age
• Body Mass index

Free Nutrition classes on Tuesday & Wednesday Nights 7-8pm at Glenbervie Business Park.

Bootcamp classes every Sunday Morning 10:45 -11:45 at Glenbervie. Indoors Winter and Outdoors in the summer.
