Falkirk Council staff are encouraged to give something back to charity on Giving Tuesday 2018.
The global campaign takes place every year, with 1 in 10 people doing something charitable on Giving Tuesday 2017. This year's Giving Tuesday will be Tuesday 27 November, and The Payroll Giving Team have a special offer for those who choose to donate through payroll.
The Payroll Giving Team offer to match your first month's payroll donations pound-for-pound if you give £2 or more each month to any of the charities on their website.
All donations are taken from pre-tax pay, meaning charities benefit from tax relief.
If you're taking part, you can share your Giving Tuesday story on social media by tagging content with #GivingTuesday. The last day to take advantage of this offer is Friday 30 November 2018.
