If you are already working in a customer service, retail or hospitality role within Falkirk Council or Falkirk Community Trust, you now have the opportunity to add some accredited training thanks to the Employment Training Unit (ETU).

A limited number of places are available to complete a Modern Apprentice Level Two in Hospitality or Customer Service and is open to any age. The qualification is delivered in your workplace and could be the perfect way to take forward your career.

It is first come, first served, so please get your notification of interest into etu@falkirk.gov.uk before 01 March 2019.

For managers: these qualifications would be delivered at no cost to your service and could offer real workforce development opportunities to your team members.
