Falkirk Council’s budget proposals for 2019/2020 are now available.

The document, which will be put before elected members on Wednesday, February 27th, explains how the Council will be spending £340m in the next financial year. It also highlights how the Council's £18m deficit for 2019/2020 will potentially be bridged.

Service managers across Development, Children’s and Corporate & Housing Services have been asked to arrange meetings with their teams to discuss the budget and any potential impact it may have on them.

The meetings, which are to take place over the next seven days, will also provide employees with an  opportunity to ask questions relating to the budget papers.
