The Council’s online training platform is being revamped to make it easier to access and more modern in appearance.

Following feedback from the 20 Scottish councils currently using the training platform, the company that supplies it has totally redesigned the offering, making it more engaging and responsive to users’ needs.

To allow the new look to be uploaded, Falkirk Council employees won’t be able to access Olle from 3 p.m. on March 26th. The revamped platform will then be unveiled the following morning (March 27th).

Doug Maden, Senior Organisational Development Adviser, Organisational Development, said: “This is an exciting development for all employees. Olle will not only look different, it will be easier to navigate making it easier for our workforce to expand and learn new skills.”

Over 100 training courses are available on Olle ranging from Data Protection to Equality, Complaints Handling to Display Screen Equipment.

Since January more than 2200 log-ins to the platform have been recorded across Falkirk Council.
