The Employee Engagement Survey provides everyone with a way to influence how we operate – and your voice will help shape the future of your Service.

Anonymity is guaranteed – we only ask for the division you work for – so there is no way to identify who has provided their views and that means you can speak freely.

With only a few days still to go, over half of the workforce is still to have a say. To date response rates per Service are: 

• Social Work Adult Services: 22.7%
• Development Services: 45.7%
• Corporate & Housing: 68.1%
• Children’s Services: 41.8%
• Total: 45.4%
