Police Scotland has provided guidance and advice following the attacks in Paris 13 November 2015.
The threat from International Terrorism to the United Kingdom remains at SEVERE - an attack is highly likely; this has been since August 2014.
At this time there is no specific threat to Scotland.
Their key messages are:
- Be reassured
- Be alert, not alarmed
- Be vigilant and report suspicious behaviour
- Plan now what you will do to STAY SAFE
