Falkirk Council and Central Scotland Police in partnership with other local agencies are working together to reduce antisocial behaviour.

What is antisocial behaviour?

The Antisocial Behaviour etc. (Scotland) Act 2004 has defined antisocial behaviour as:

"acting in a manner, or pursuing a course of conduct, that causes or is likely to cause alarm or distress to at least one person not of the same household"

Tolerance and awareness of other peoples needs is an important factor in addressing antisocial behaviour.
