If you want to find what type of information the Council has, or a specific piece of information, your first port of call is the Council's Publication Scheme. This can be viewed on the Council’s website or at any library or one stop shop.

If you do not see what you want there, you can make a specific information request. You can make a request in writing or any recordable form.

To assist there is a request form you can download and complete. Submit your request to foi@falkirk.gov.uk or to any of the addresses shown on the back of the form.

We aim to deal with your request within 20 working days. Depending on how much work is involved there may be a fee to be charged which we would let you know in advance. Any costs under £100 are borne by the Council.

There are a number of exemptions that might apply to your request.

More information is available on the Falkirk Council Website.

Further support is available from the Sensory Centre.
