Computers and Wi-Fi in libraries

It’s easy to use the public computers in Falkirk Libraries. 

All that’s needed is to be registered as a Library user and sign our Acceptable Use Policy.

The machines provide access to the internet and all of the Microsoft Office packages. Scanners are also provided in the Libraries.

Access is free of charge with only a small charge to cover any printing costs.

Falkirk Library also has Cicero software allowing documents to be scanned and translated into speech.

Libraries hold computer courses in the basics of using a PC.

Free wireless internet access is now available in all Falkirk Council libraries. You need to be a Library member as your borrower number and Library PIN are required to log on to the system.
