One Stop Shops

Falkirk Council has developed a network of One Stop Shops to provide local information and advice on all our services. 

Every One Stop Shop has a Customer First Contact Point, where our advisors are trained in the wide range of services and will, wherever possible, deal with or convey your enquiry to the appropriate service or their representatives.

Every One Stop Shop offers a comprehensive housing and finance service.

A full social work and Registrars service is available at the Denny Shop.

One Stop Shops are open from 9.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
