Ensure your submission reaches us by the deadline and in the manner stated. Incorrectly submitted tenders and tenders arriving after the deadline (even if posted prior to the deadline date) may be rejected.

Study the tender documents carefully and be sure that you meet all the requirements.

Contact the Central Purchasing Team if you have any queries regarding any aspect of the tender process.
Make persistent calls regarding the status of your tender application. Everyone will be advised of the outcome once the evaluation process is complete.

Leave it to the last minute to make an application for tender documents or post completed tenders.

Place any company identifying marks on your tender envelope.

Expect special treatment – we treat all tenders equally.

Alter the tender documentation – this will invalidate your tender.
