All claims for Housing and/or Council Tax Benefit must be made on a Benefit application form, which is available from your Local One Stop Shop/Area office|.
Although we cannot fill the form in for you, we can assist you with its completion. Contact your Local One Stop Shop/Area Office| for assistance.
You can also download and complete a Short claim form (PDF, 30KB)| which you can send to us to let us know that you want to claim. We will then send you out a full form which you should complete and return to us with the necessary supporting documentary evidence.
