The Capital Section is responsible for a wide range of activities including:

Co-ordinating the Council’s investment programme and monitoring its’ spend against budget.

Monitoring the Council’s borrowing levels whilst ensuring investment requirements are met.

Managing the Council’s leasing portfolio.

Administering the car loan and leasing scheme for employees.
