The Camelon Community Project was established in 1987 and has been operating from the old Camelon High School since 1993.
The Project offers activities and short-term training courses and workshops for the population of Camelon from preschool age to retirement.
The Project manages a third of the space within the Camelon Education Centre. This space comprises:

assembly hall and stage area

group rooms

conference/meeting rooms

large, purpose-built creche
-
large kitchen/cookery workshop facilities

Thomas Clement Douglas Cafe (opening hours 9.00am-3.00pm Monday-Friday).
A voluntary management committee manages the Project with assistance and advice from Falkirk Council Community Services.
