The Youth Learning Team in response to young peoples' needs often seeks funding to set up projects that are specifically targeted to work with young people at risk.
There are a variety of projects that the Youth Learning Team are involved in that range from working with young people to look at anti-social behaviour to supporting young people to generate an awareness of themselves, build on skills to sustain relationships and build confidence and self-esteem.
The work is done in a variety of contexts and developed to meet the specific needs of those involved. These can range from street work, diversionary recreation activities to specific formal intervention.
