Description: Health and wellbeing are so important today, but what about in Georgian times? Find out more about the use of herbs in Georgian cooking, examine how good for you these may or may not have been, and perhaps even get to taste Cook's fare.
Herbs for medicine were also important and this workshop provides the opportunity to investigate different Georgian remedies and have a go at making a poultice.
