The historic Bo'ness Hippodrome is celebrating 100 years anniversary of legendary Bond producer Albert 'Cubby' Broccoli next month with a season of four classic Bond films.
Dr No, From Russia With Love, Goldfinger and On Her Majesty's Secret Service will all feature on a special Sunday afternoon programme using digitally restored reels as part of a special UK wide celebration of cinema's most iconic hero.
'Bond Sunday' will see the four classic movies shown over consecutive Sundays in Scotland's oldest purpose built cinema recently reopened following a £2.15m restoration and refit.
The event is also being celebrated by Bo'ness Motor Museum who are teaming up with Falkirk Council to offer special Bond Day discounts on Sundays during June. Visitors who present their Bond Hippodrome ticket will receive a reduced entry fee to Bo'ness Motor museum and visitors to the Hippodrome with Motor Museum tickets, a similar reduction.
