Tickets
Tickets for all events and cinema screenings at FTH may be purchased in advance from the Steeple Box Office.
Any remaining tickets will be available for purchase from FTH half an hour before the performance or screening starts.
The Steeple Box Office accepts all major credit cards but are unable to process card transactions under £5.00.
Gift Vouchers
Culture fans can now give a special gift to loved ones, with Falkirk Council's newly introduced Gift Voucher scheme.
Vouchers are £5.
They can be used to pay for tickets to any film screening at The Hippodrome or FTH (Falkirk Town Hall) any theatre, music or comedy performance at FTH or even workshops, classes and talks at The Park Gallery or Callendar House. If it's organised by Falkirk Council Cultural services, then you can use a voucher to pay for it.
So, if you're looking for an unusual gift this Christmas, or if you know someone who loves the arts – why not pop into The Steeple Box Office in Falkirk, or the Hippodrome Box Office in Bo'ness to buy your vouchers.
Terms and Conditions

Redeemable at The Steeple Box Office, The Hippodrome Box Office or FTH Box Office only.

Redeemable as payment for ticket(s) for any performance or event organised by Falkirk Council Cultural Services.

The voucher must be presented when used in a transaction. Where reservations are made by telephone, tickets must be collected in person and the voucher surrendered at the time of collection.

The voucher cannot be redeemed for performances or events where Falkirk Council Cultural Services is selling tickets on behalf of a third party. (marked with a * in the FTH brochure)

The voucher cannot be used as payment for items bought in Falkirk Council Cultural Services catering concessions, gift shops or for artwork.

No change can be given for transactions under the value of £5.00.

The voucher must be redeemed before the valid until date.

The voucher cannot be used for more than one transaction, although tickets for multiple events can be booked in a single transaction.

Access

FTH has lifts, ramps ensuring full access for all customers and performers.

Up to 8 wheelchairs can be accommodated in the lower auditorium. Please advise Box Office staff if space is required at point of purchase.

An induction loop is available in the Main and Lesser Halls.

Adapted WCs are located on the ground and upper floors.

5 parking spaces are available in front of FTH for use by disabled customers.
Other Facilities
Baby changing facilities and a quiet space for parents are situated in the Lounge.
Parking
When attending performances Monday to Friday 8.00am – 4.00pm, patrons with a valid ticket are permitted to park in the visitors' car park (subject to availability). Please press the intercom at the barrier to request access.
Refreshments
Why not relax before the show in the FTH Café and Licensed Bar which opens 45 minutes before performances and at the interval. You can also order pre show and interval drinks by contacting the Box Office on 01324 506850 or at the bar before the performance.
A selection of quality tea, coffee, soft drinks, sweets, cakes and ice cream are available from the café.
Beer, wine and spirits are available from the Licensed Bar. Please note that children and young people are not permitted to approach the bar and persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to purchase alcohol. Proof of age may be requested.
Drinks may be taken into the auditorium. Please ask for a plastic cup at the bar.
