Tickets
Tickets for all events and cinema screenings at FTH may be purchased in advance from the Steeple Box Office.
Any remaining tickets will be available for purchase from Falkirk Town Hall itself, from half an hour before the performance or screening starts.
The Steeple Box Office accepts all major credit cards but we regret that at present we are unable to process card transactions under £5.00.
Access

FTH has lifts, ramps and induction loop systems ensuring full access for all customers and performers.

A number of wheelchairs can be accommodated in the lower auditorium. Please advise Box Office staff when purchasing tickets if these are required.

An induction loop is available in the Main and Lesser Halls.

Adapted WCs are located on the ground and upper floors.

5 parking spaces are available in front of FTH for use by disabled customers.
Other facilities
FTH is part of the Family Friendly Initiative and has a baby changing facility.

Note: When attending performances Monday to Friday 0800–1600, patrons with a valid ticket are permitted to park in the visitors’ car park (subject to availability). Please press the intercom button at the barrier to request access.
