We are hoping your answers to the above will be yes.
We would like to invite you or your organisation to take part in the SIXTH BIG FIT WALK from your own doorstep.
Every year more and more organisations are taking part in this event to spread the word about the health benefits of walking.
This year we hope it will be BIGGER and FITTER.
Please download the information pack and registration form to start planning your own BIG FIT WALK 2009!!
You can also download a Big Fit Walk poster and advertise your walk to others who may wish to join you.
This year's event will take place on
