Classes and clubs
We have a wide range of classes and clubs for all ages. From parent and toddler swimming to 50+ keep fit, aerobics to pilates, we have something for you. Bring a friend and play badminton, table tennis or squash. Bring several and play football, basketball, volleyball, hockey and much more. For the less active, why not relax in our Swedish sauna or steam room, or get back into the swimming pool.
Special events
Looking for a venue for a works competition or are you an organisation looking for a venue for your event? Then we have something for you! International sized sports halls with seating for all indoor activities from disco dancing to International volleyball, from swimming galas to wrestling. Everything you need in the one facility.
Extended lets
For groups and clubs who want the same day and time each week. Lets must be paid for each week before play.
Making a booking
Bookings are accepted by telephone, up to 5 days in advance from 9.00am. Bookings in person are accepted up to 5 days in advance from 10.00am and are paid for on the day at reception before play.
Booking cards
The Sports Complex operates a booking card system. This card is issued free on completion of some details and makes booking your activity easier. With a booking card, reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance.
Birthday parties
Three great parties to choose from:

Party 3 - Softplay (age 0-7 years only): Let your children and their friends have great fun in the soft play jungle where they can cave crawl, slide, climb the decks and cargo nets, hide in the dens, walk the swamp, bash the dangly snakes and swing like Tarzan in this exciting area. All the fun without the mess!
If you are 60+, unemployed, on income support, or are a student over 17 years in full time education, you can apply for a leisure card. This gives you concessionary use of the facilities at off peak times:
Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 12.00pm and 2.00pm - 5.00pm
Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: 5.00pm - 10.00pm
For a monthly fee you can purchase a fitness card that allows unlimited access to the facilities.
Gold card - Weights room, sauna/steam, swimming
Silver card - Weights room, swimming
Bronze card - Weights or swimming
