To get a Leisure Card take along a current passport size photograph of yourself, together with proof of your status to any of the issuing centres listed below. Our staff will assist you to complete a simple application form, a copy of the application form will be issued to you for use until your card is posted to you. This should take approximately 14 days.

Income Support: letter of entitlement, order payment book, letter of confirmation, National Insurance number

Students: A current university or college matriculation card which confirms full time status. Students attending school will be issued with a separate form to be authorised by the school. When applying please provide your National Insurance number.
