The building, located off the Kilsyth road, next to the Health Centre, comprises of a main hall with stage, bar-room and small meeting room to the rear, which used to be the doctor's surgery, before construction of the new health centre, kitchen and toilets.
The facility is currently used for local community functions, namely birthday parties, pre 5s, keep fit, dance classes etc.
There is off street parking at this facility for approximately 20 cars.
