The building, located at the entrance to Dochart Place, in the Hallglen area comprises of a large main hall on the lower ground level, two meeting rooms on the upper ground level, toilets and kitchen, which may be used by either caterers or lessees.
The facility is currently used for a variety of local functions/events including, salsa dance classes, youth dance classes, parenting classes, art classes, parent and toddlers and youth groups, soup kitchen etc.
Disabled access
The building is presently being refurbished with various disabled adaptations being installed throughout. There is a unisex disabled toilet on the lower ground level with a disabled persons access ramp adjacent to the facility, however users may require assistance to enter and leave the premises until the adaptations are completed later 2009.
