The building located in "Thrums" which is off Abbotsford Drive, Laurieston comprises of a main hall with stage, meeting room, toilets and kitchen, which could be used by caterers and lessees for teas and coffees.
The facility is currently used for band practice, councillor surgeries, senior citizen clubs and local community function/events
Off street parking is available for approximately fifteen cars.
Disabled access
There is a disabled person's access ramp to the front of the building with limited disabled adaptations within the facility.
