The building is situated in the main thoroughfare, on the Slamannan end of the village of Limerigg and comprises of the main hall with stage, rear meeting/dressing room, front meeting room, toilets and kitchen which may be used by caterers and lessees for teas and coffee etc.
The facility is currently used by local village groups for meetings and social events/functions.
There is no off street parking available at this facility.

Disabled access is not available to this facility either internally or externally at this time, but the situation is presently under review.
