The building, located on Main Street, Shieldhill, also known as the Welfare Hall consists of the main hall with stage and bar area, toilets and disabled unisex toilet, kitchen facility suitable for caterers or lessees for tea and coffee.
The facility has a permanent designated Pre 5's, pre-school nursery area on the lower ground level.
The main hall located on the upper ground floor is used by local community groups and organisations, private birthday parties, weddings, and for a variety of local fund raising activities.
