The building, located on Cumbrae Drive, Tamfourhill consists of a main hall, two meeting rooms, toilets, unisex disabled toilets and kitchen suitable for use by caterers and lessees alike.
The facility is currently used for the provision of pre-school nursery class, young mum's classes, various youth and community groups, councillor surgeries and various martial art classes.
There is off street parking for approximately 20 cars.

There is a disabled person's access ramp to the front of the building.
