The building, located on Thornhill Road, behind the Central Retail Park consists of a main hall and small meeting/committee room, toilets, disabled toilets and kitchen suitable for caterers and lessees for tea and coffee.
The facility is currently used for pre-school nursery classes, pensioner group meetings, youth and community group meetings, councillor surgeries and various martial arts classes.
There is off street parking for approximately 20 cars.

There is disabled persons access to the front of the building.
