Community recreation offers everyone the opportunity to participate in a wide range of activities, hopefully highlighting the importance of the physical, social, emotional and health benefits that an active lifestyle can bring.
Our role is to develop new and existing recreational leisure participation opportunities in partnership with the community. Our key services include:

providing recreational activities for all, from birth upwards

the input, management and/or support for local and special/national events

the maintenance and upkeep of the district's 26 community halls
-
managing the six halls that don’t currently have an active local management committee.
