The aim of this Division is to promote and implement continuous improvement in the efficiency of corporate purchasing and procurement, energy management and property management services on behalf of all Council Services.
The Business Services Division also provides a support function to front line services in terms of business planning, service reviews, health and safety, quality assurance, personnel and administration. In addition, Business Services independently monitors and reports on service performance, in terms of financial, quality, customer satisfaction and operational matters.
