Free compost for all residents

At the Recycling Centres, householders can take away up to four free bags of compost produced from garden waste (subject to availability). This useful end product will help to improve your garden. You can see here to find out more about how your garden waste is made into compost|.

Separating your waste

In order to comply with the European Landfill Directive,  At the Recycling Centres you will be asked to separate your waste into the correct containers to maximise recycling.

Please note

Please note that Kinneil Kerse and Roughmute Recycling Centres are only available for use by Falkirk Council residents.

This service is free to all householders. Commercial users must obtain a Small Traders Tipping Permit prior to using the Centres.
