This service will deal with emergency repairs only (outwith office hours).
To report a repair during office hours please contact your Housing Repair line.
The following is a list of repairs that are deemed to be an emergency (repaired within 24 hours):

leaking water supply pipe or wastepipe (where leak cannot be contained)

choked drains

tap running full bore

shower not working (where there is no bath)

faulty external door locks (where property is not secure)

no power
-
making safe dangerous electrical fittings

leaking roof (where the leak cannot be contained)
