Building Cleaning Services is responsible for cleaning Council Buildings within the Falkirk area.
Our priority in the delivery of cleaning services is to provide a safe and hygienic working environment for members of the community and Falkirk Council staff.
To achieve this we have an experienced management team and have invested in a comprehensive training programme for all our Cleaning staff.
Individual cleaners are trained to British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) Level One. This training equips them with the skills required to deliver a quality service in a safe and productive manner.
Building Cleaning Services also operates a Quality Management System which complies with the requirements of ISO 9001.
Building Services are responsible for the majority of Council owned public conveniences throughout the area.
The Building Cleaning Division has been undertaking building cleaning work for the Council for over 50 years. In addition to general building cleaning, the Building Cleaning Division is also the Council's preferred contractor for:

cleaning of homeless properties, as requested by ARC (Accommodation Resource Centre)
