Catering Services operates a Quality Management System which complies with the requirements of ISO 9001.
The service has also implemented it's own bespoke Food Safety Management Plan in line with "Cooksafe".
The Service has been successful in meeting customer needs by implementing initiatives such as:

These improvements have resulted in an increase in the annual meal uptake from 1.7 million to 1.85 million. This has been achieved with no increase in the costs of meals to our customers.
